The beds were terrible, very soft, no support and obviously needed changing. Did not allow for a good nights sleep. Hotel receptionist was scruffy in appearance and unfriendly. Hotel overall was absolutely fine, just need new beds and a smarter receptionist!

The room was clean and comfortable, however the hot tub and pool were out of order. Also this hotel only has streaming Roku TV, so if you want local news or live sporting event you cannot watch it here. Which was very disappointing.

The staff and facility were great! Easy check in, room was clean, everything worked great. The pool and hot tub were clean and accessible. The breakfast area and food were very clean and the food was good. The only issue is that the washers and dryers weren’t working.

Stayed twice at the Baymont coming from Canada, and although I like the hotel and it’s affordable and close to everything, the hot tub and pool have been closed both times I have came and that has made the stay kind of annoying. Great free breakfast though! Will be back. Hopefully they can fix the pool/hot tub problems they seem to keep having.
