Gute Lage jedoch schlechter Zustand, überhöhte Preise für Übernachtung und im Restautant und wenig Service. Der Reitausflug war das Beste und sehr schön.

Nice place, bring ear plugs

It was a working ranch, the people were very nice, the walls were very thin. We stayed 1 night, there was wi fi, several great trip opportunities hosted by the ranch. We sat outside ate our dinner next to the mountains. We had a good experience.

This place is far overpriced for what it is. The staff gave me the runaround about reimbursing part of the cost after I shared our experience. Toilet paper roll duct taped to the wall, good, dust, and random items left all over our room. Hair on the bed under the sheets. The cafe was understaffed and food was made poorly. However I can see the appeal—if you go in knowing you’ll be roughing it, they have tons of activities and the grounds are beautiful. WiFi is godawful and there’s no cellular signal.

Bad lodging but great horse riding

The cabin had zero sound isolation. There are four cabins in one building. The people speaking next door sounds like speaking in my room. I can hear their farting. The bedding wasn't clean. There was something stained on a blanket that made it hard. We had to cover it with a sheet to not touch it. The horse riding there was wonderful! Great view! Friendly staffs also help us take photos.

Do not book this hotel

Very very dirty! Pillows with stain spots, dusty floor, a lot of hair on the floor, rest of candy packaging in the room, tissue paper used on the floor, a missing lamp, the sink was not cleaned and shower curtain with stain spots. Very small room. In addition, the hotel is overpriced! We paid 291 USD per night for something like that. I never paid this price for so poor quality! After one night, they changed us for another room, bigger and better cleaned. Although, still not correspond to the price paid. Room without any acoustic insulation, you can hear all the conversation from the next room. If the room next door use hot water, you can’t use it. I visited more than 30 different countries, never had such a bad experience. Hotel.com should not propose a hotel with such low quality as this one.

Dirty and noisy

The room was dirty, full of dust and the bathroom was filthy. The toilet had feces stock inside, the floor was disgusting and the sink had mold. The room was so noisy every night because they rent wagons in the ranch and the guests in wagons would come to the lodge building, with guest rooms, to use the social bathroom all night long, instead of the bathroom trailer provided for them, because they said it was dirty and smelled bad. The people from the wagons were noisy, slamming entrance and bathroom doors and talking loud. We were there 4 nights without sleeping because of the noise.

So so but friendly

First cabin offered had a filthy mattress on the pull out couch. Manager moved us to a different cabin that was clean enough but the pull out bed was very very very uncomfortable. Friendly staff. The raft trip was great.

It’s a ranch and your staying in a bunk house.

It’s a ranch and you’re essentially staying in slightly better than a bunk house. Many things you Assume a motel room would provide are not included. Bring a cup for a drink as there are none provided. Bring your own soap as there was none in our room and reading previous reviews this was the case for others as well. The facilities are adequate and the surroundings are gorgeous. Saw elk every evening coming into the river bottom to feed. 1/2 hr before dark. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The location is about 5 minutes from the park entrance. Jackson Hole is about a 35 to 40 minute drive.

Worst stay ever!!!

Do not stay here, this is the dirtiest place I have ever been. It took my family an hour vacuuming, sweeping, cleaning blinds, furniture, ceiling fan and bathroom to be able to stay 1 out of the 2 nights booked. CHECKED OUT 1 DAY EARLY! The property manager literally told me they weren't allowed to issue a refund for the 2nd night since I had booked through Hotels.com. He said that I would have to request it through them because I had to follow their refund rules, otherwise he would issue one for me. However he refused the refund when Hotels.com team contacted the property. So that means he lied!!! Also,we were supposed to have 3 beds and a sleeper sofa, instead got 2 beds and 2 sleeper sofas. Pictures and descriptions are misleading. You will get way worse than what you pay for!

Room with a view Grand Teton national Park

The heart six ranch is a perfect location for touring the grand Teton national Park and Yellowstone National Park. It’s a bit of a drive to Jackson hole, but the drive is all about the view.!

The beds were unbelievably hard and uncomfortable. At 645 am they were rounding up horses, standing right outside our cabin shouting and screaming for a couple of minutes. Breakfast for two people with the mandatory 20% tip came to $50 for two people. No AC in the room so we had to sleep with the window open and it smelled strongly of horse manure the entire night, it was awful

The perfect location and views❤️

We had a great time at Heart 6 ranch. The location, the sceneries and wildlife, the river flowing, the horses, great outdoor setup. The best is the view of the gran Tetons from our front door. Cons: You could hear your next door neighbor. The area is dusty( you can expect this as you are in a ranch). I wish they had TV. The restaurant is good. I could see they are working on improvements.

This was honestly one of my worst hotel experiences ever. First, we were placed in the wrong room. I payed in advance for a suite with a Mountain View. We were placed in a small hotel room overlooking the horse stalls. I was told there were no other rooms available and I would NOT receive a refund but I could be moved to a suite the next day. We slept terrible. We could hear our neighbors whispers, snores, and activities. It was also dirty. The linens were clean, at least, though. The next day we were given a suite, but it hadn’t been cleaned. There were still dirty linens on the floor. So we were moved AGAIN, however still not to what I reserved. The bathroom still looked like it needed cleaned, fixtures were taped to the wall, and the pull out couch mattress looked like it had been soiled. The walls also had gaps so you could hear EVERYTHING. I actually answered someone next door thinking they were speaking to me. To top off the experience, they double booked our final room so another couple walked in on us that evening. After the privacy violation we were, at least, comped breakfast. Overall the location was beautiful and convenient to the national park, but everything else was terrible. I almost never leave bad reviews, but this place needs a LOT of help before people should be staying there.

Filthy Breaker went, no power to our bathroom. Contact Phone number only went to a voicemail. No ice, no place to purchase water on premises.
