Our stay was not the greatest. The hotel was overall in decent shape, but definitely not the cleanest. Service was very poor. Stayed 3 nights and requested housekeeping services two of the days, but they never got to our room. Would not stay here again unfortunately.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The air was set at 60 and we never could get it warm. There was a toilet seat in the hall across from our door, which is just gross. We accidentally left a silver necklace in the room. When we called they couldn’t find it. Very disappointing as it held a ton of sentimental value.

Room was clean and staff was accommodating. Breakfast was fantastic and items changed daily. Location to a main street causes a lot of traffic noise. And another traveler in the hall yelling on their phone until 2:30 am, made for a stressful stay. Have stayed here prior with great experiences, seems to have gone down in quality since the last time.
