When I arrived at my room, it was not the room that I reserved on hotels.com. The manager indicated that hotels.com was wrong and provided in accurate information regarding my room. Elena, the manager indicated that they’ve had problems with hotels.com giving customers the wrong information information. Please contact me I want a credit And a partial refund due to the Marriott not accepting the email that you sent me. They indicated that you sent information for a different room although you emailed me the room that I reserved. They indicated they’ve had many problems with hotels.com providing the wrong information to customers. Please contact me.
