i had boat engine trouble, got to a marina late night and had to stay with boat, tried tocall hotel 5 times no answer, no help from expedia, very disappointed, never use Budgetm expedia or Generali again, thank got for social media as a warning.

Gross. Bugs everywhere. Everything is sticky. Stank like smoke. Holes in the sheets.

DIRTYYYY, We didn't even last 5 minutes inside the room and decided to leave. I paid for a non smoking room and apart from the fact that it smells like cigarettes the walls looks sticky from the smoke. There were spider webs on the walls and the chandelier. The bathroom was horrible too, mold in the corners. I understand that it is a motel and super cheap, but it does not take away how unsanitary it is.

I did not have high expectations. I had a surprisingly good night's rest considering the age and condition of the mattress. Our room (209) had a lot of character from the wood paneling, small size, and background sounds of a neighboring television and amorous couple. Achievement unlocked for staying in a seedy American motel for a rendezvous with a lover. Pro-tip: brining your own candles and Bluetooth speaker greatly enhances the atmosphere. The candle light reflecting off the wood paneling is pretty sweet.

I do not recommend this motel. It is not anything like the pictures online. My room was claimed to be one where smoking was not allowed, and yet it very obviously was occupied by smokers and frequently. The owner did give me an (almost) full refund. So I appreciate that. But it's definitely not as advertised. I cannot recommend it.

The room had broken furniture, an ac unit that didnt work properly, and a thin useless blanket. Also there were people outside talking and yelling (on phones?) into the early morning hours. You get what you pay for...

It's exactly what the name says it is - a budget motor inn (AKA Motel). I would say the place is just average - check in was generally straightforward, check out was easy, no frills with anything. They only had a smoking room available and it was fine, they seem to try to keep the rooms clean. Shower was actually pretty good, with great water pressure. The room lacked any sort of desk to do some work, a table or something would probably have bumped this rating up one. But really, can't complain - if I was in the area and I needed a cheap place to stay for 1-2 nights, I'd come back here. A bonus is it's generally close to the major highways in the Palisades so though the area immediately around the motel is a bit sparse, any retail/shopping/activities are within 10-20 minutes away.

All Broken furniture. Bed nailed to a wall so there was no plug at all by the bed. Was refused extension by the rude proprietor. Was charged 10 dollars MORE for a smoking room iI did not want. I wouldn’t use the place to board a pet Just awful

This establishment is incredibly outdated, resembling a motel straight out of a Tarantino film. The room emits a foul odor that permeates the air, making it unpleasant to stay in. The bed blankets are in poor condition, with cigarette burns littering their surface. Additionally, the lobby is consistently locked, necessitating guests to ring a doorbell for entry. Overall, the atmosphere is unwelcoming and unsafe from the moment you arrive. It's strongly advised to avoid booking a stay here altogether. Furthermore, considering the subpar conditions, seeking a refund from Expedia for listing such a place is entirely reasonable. This establishment is a definite no-go for any traveler.
