This is a scam.
Rented the home for a business/friends trip, arrived as instructed (in a very limited amount of time given 2pm-6pm window) and as I interacted via the RING app with the property owner - I was advised he did NOT have me booked and was NOT part of hotels.com.
Had to find last minute 3 hotel rooms for me and my guests!
So, there is a disconnect between this property and Hotels.com, and I had pre-paid!
Still awaiting to hear if I would get reimbursed for the place that did NOT admit me into the property.

The most amazing stay after trauma of no communica
Communication was nil. After a panic attack, emails and phone call to host didn't work= disconnected number. Then emails to any possible option hotels.com or the other emails= and driving 4 hours hoping to get a response. In 40° weather= we finally got a code to enter. The code was incorrect. We're shivering outside and in our car very stressed. Eventually someone sent an email saying, "try this code". We got in by 7pm
