I went by a day early to confirm I had booked for 6 days, and they confirmed that. Check in was no problem. However, after 4 days, they terminated my Key. I came in from work, and had to argue that I had paid for 6 nights. I went ahead and gave them another night's pay, and 30 minutes later they realize they had messed up. The same thing happened a day later. When you are looking for an apartment, and working, and come "home" to a locked door, IT DOES NOT MAKE YOU HAPPY. And then they don't know that what they are saying to you because they can't do anything beside tell you what the computer says. It all worked out financially but was disappointing and frustrating.
