We did enjoy our stay, but a few things to be noted:
You are not allowed to bring food or drink on the property as they are considered a resort so do you keep that in mind because it cost us $77 for two people to eat at the restaurant.
The first room they had us in, had an issue with the air conditioner, but that is fine and one of the lights in the bathroom kept flickering, and that we were going to let slide as well until we went to lay in the bed and there was a ball of hair.
So we moved to another room and they had no issue accommodating us - the front desk was extremely nice as well as the waitress in the restaurant. The food was basic, not really special but they had limited options. We got a burger and onion rings, spinach, and artichoke dip and a fish sandwich with fries and nacho
The next room they moved us into had a much better air conditioner unit so be mindful when you are booking because we originally booked the king suite and that room was not as good as a room they moved us to which was a double queen . But as soon as we walked in, we looked behind the lamp and there was a food wrapper so I would have to say this hotel is not that great on being clean.
The beds were extremely uncomfortable and we left about 4 o'clock in the morning just to get back.
It is a very secluded area in a beautiful area if you like nature and it is pet friendly so that's great and very cost-efficient but we did book it during the off-season so I'm sure in season is pricey.
