The description and photos on Expedia did not match.
I paid extra for the “Family 4 Person” option because the description and photos explicitly specified “separate bedroom” multiple times. However the room did not have a separate bedroom and the staff didn’t seem to know whether the room in the photos existed.
I talked to the receptionist who put me on the phone with the manager. The manager said the Expedia description and photos are incorrect and that I should contact Expedia and my credit card company for a refund.
Then the manager said they talked to Expedia and I would get a refund. But when I contacted Expedia they said they tried calling the manager but the manager didn’t pick up.
- The shower water pressure was low.
- The room wasn’t ready when we checked in, so there was a short wait.
- Our toilet got clogged as well like the other reviewer mentioned.
- The WiFi internet was slow and unreliable even though the description said 500 mbps.

Avoid the money grabbers… stay somewhere else.
Stinking plumbing toilet plungers on show on most levels.
no balcony as booking.
Menu in the rooms for what hotel could charge you if you did anything that the hotel didn’t like.(not just breakages)
Terrible stench of toilet plumbing throughout the whole hotel.
Given a family room, had one chair in room for whole family to share.
Tired and old hotel, been given a lick of paint and an update. Isn’t worth the cost.
And yes stayed in many Asian hotels over the past 20 years, so I do know what to expect.
Noisy cleaning staff, appear to not care about sleeping guests.
Playing in the corridors, shouting and making excessive noise.
