Place was nice. Within walking distance of the strip. Would definitely stay again.

The owner communicated a day before due to me not having a picture sent for cleaning service. In which they use a different party for so you will have two separate transactions and verifications to go through. I inquired about the water since recent reviews were complaining about cold water. He/she stated water was “ok” and to not be concerned. When showed up that night at 6pm the room hadn’t been cleaned and was completely dirty. Making it so I would have to wait for them to clean it. Unsatisfied and very disappointed of the condition, took pictures and checked water temperature. It did get hot but took a bit to warm up. Didn’t end up staying as was discussed in what I had to deal with and walking into literally after a long drive. After talking with the receptionist at the village who this person is partnered with, it didn’t seem like this was the first time they have had several issues with this. Be warned!!!

Property owner called the day we were on our way and said hot water heater was out and maintenance would need access to room early morning . Could hear every neighboring sweet all night they are advertises as studios but are just very noisy hotel rooms . Staff at front desk was pretty rude clear this place focuses on high volume stays not quality

We had no hot water on Wednesday might. Thursday was a little better for just a bit and then cold and it never got hot water again that night. They said will be working on getting it fixed.

There was no hot water. Instead of moving us to another unit they kept saying a plumber was on the way, but it didn't happen. Two nights and not even warm water. I am still trying to get a partial refund but that hasn't happened either. The maintenance guy told me they have been having a lot of trouble with that. Go somewhere else or suffer. I can't even get a response from Expedia, Aardvark or Aspen Suites/Icicle Village.
