Expedia needs to inspect these places before adding to the website. I checked in and the room was torn up. Damaged AC unit not working so is the refrigerator and microwave. Horrible horrible horrible. That location needs a full renovation

I’m telling you, DO NOT stay here. It was the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed in, I would have left but honestly had no where to go during a mandatory evacuation due to weather in my town. Soiled sheets, bed pillows, broken lights, outlets, sink faucet cracked, MOLD! Bugs…dirty, dirty, dirty.

For starters, the pictures do not depict the actual room you will stay in. Its nowhere near close. The fridge never worked, and wires were exposed. The AC didnt work at first but after they fixed it, it worked great thats the only good thing about it. It was a little sketchy so we bought blankets and laid on topnof the actual covers.

I had made a booking but the owner (I guess) said that the motel was full and no room for me, basically out of luck and even better I should not have used a booking service like Expedia, and paid on arrival, to me a very shady practice and would not refund the money and take it up with Expedia.

Hotel would not honor our reservation. We fouhs this out after driving 6 hours with pets evacuating. We arrived to find out we had NO ROOM because the 2 bedroom apartment I rented could only be rented on a monthly basis. I asked if we could have 2 standard rooms then. We were stranded now and needed somewhere to say. I was told no, and he had no options for me. I had to find a hotel over 80 miles away. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Never even stepped foot into a room. We had booked a month long stay and was trying to check in a day early, and the front desk said to contact the booking company. I added one day (as we arrived at about 3am), even called Hotels.com to cancel the single day booking, and the hotel charged us a 50% no show fee.

I have stayed in hotels for 42 years, this is the most nastiest, unstable environment I have ever seen!! This the worst hotel I have ever stayed in not to meantion I have also been asst. manager of a hotel. When I walked in the room I completely fell through the floor!! Rm 136 it was disgusting and I did not get what I had reservations for!! I could go on but apperently nothing is being done because I have read and watched guest complain about these situations!!! Ot was absolutely terrible. After opening the door 1 minute later i was making a reservation at holiday inn. Wow where to begin. Took 3 minutes of giggling the key tonget the door open, room smelled like rotten cheese, carpet was disgusting and had 20 year old cigarette burns, bed comforters were were dusty and in terrible shape, bathroom was in disrepair and had the old brown cigarette trails all over them, AC/Heater in the room made a terrible noise, the mini fridge was rusty and stained. DO NOT BELIEVE THE PICS FOR THOS MOTEL ON THE SITE, ITS NOT THE SAME MOTEL!!!! I WOULD 100% RECCOMEND PAYING A LITTLE EXTRA MONEY AND STAY AT A DIFFERENT PLACE!!

Never stay at this hotel. It is the absolute worst. Sa soon as you arrive, the management demands a $100 cash deposit and a photocopy of your ID. Then they renegotiate the price of your stay, double the amount of the original price and threaten a $40 cancelation fee if you don't book the new price. And the amenities are absolute horrible. Do yourself a favor and never even look at this hotel as an option.
