Nice stay and nice service.

We had a nice stay that became even better when they helped us change rooms. Our air conditioner wasn't working in our room. We asked for maintenance to come in but because it would take a while before someone could come in. They moved us to a new with working ac, which made the rest of our stay very nice.

Very decent for a quick overnight in Waverly

It was certainly adequate for a quick trip to Waverly. Arrived at 1 am and no one came to the front desk in response to the door bell soynd that chimed loudly 6-8 times, but someone did finally come when I dialed zero on the phone. It's bare bones and no frills, but clean, with comfortable beds, and decent TV, as well as fridge and microwave.

The staff is always great, but this hotel needs some renovation. Bathrooms falling apart, inches of in corners of carpet and worn. Its convenient to stay here because we dont want to pay for a pool we wont use, but please do some upgrades. Again staff is ALWAYS great they pretty much know us when we walk in.

Check in desk was unattended, I had to call and wait several minutes for someone to come and check me in. Others were also waiting longer than me. Easy to get to from the main road. Upgraded to a 2 bed room easily. Staff friendly. We were disappointed that there was not a clothes rack to hang up clothes on.

The ceiling in the bathroom was falling in. The shower head was dirty and not installed properly. The bathroom was in disrepair. The blankets on the beds were thin and not very cozy. The heat and water worked so that was a plus.

Pros: The location was great with several restaurants and a grocery store nearby. The common areas were very clean and tidy, as were the beds. The staff were friendly and helpful. The internet was fast and reliable. The AC worked well. We appreciated having access to a fridge and microwave without being up charged. Cons: For us, the beds were a little too firm, others may find them comfortable, and the pillows were meh (again, subjective). Otherwise the only real negative for us was that the bathroom in our room was rather gross and was in need of a thorough scrub and some repairs. Solid 3-star hotel. Would book again if we’re in the area.
