Terrible!

The room smelled like a combination of disinfectant and cigarettes. It was so bad I slept in my car. Do not stay there.

very nice place but could not get the hot tub or sunia to turn on this was a gift for my daughters birthday paid on my credit card call ahead to be sure it was ok to send her with my card i was told that if i sent my id with her and the card it would be good she was told if i was not there they could not use the card whitch is why i called ahead luckly her boy friend had a credit card to use it was book and paid on my card and switched to his im sure if they did something wrong they would have no problem useing my card they di have a great weekend and loved the place just a bit disapointed after checking ahead to be sure there was no problem

Bathroom hair

Hair all over the bathroom, tissue box empty asked for some was given more toilet paper instead. There we're no towels in the pool area and bathrooms were locked. Jacuzzi has only weak jets.Pool is ice cold. Used to like coming here but has gone downhill

The room was very dirty, dirty bedspreads and curtains. Dusty, lots of crumbs. And the worst thing was the bathroom. The toilet was covered in piss, and the floor was dirty.

We came for one night to stay because of the indoor pool which was nice inside but the pool was very cold you couldn’t even swim in it. The hot tub was nice but there was someone’s left over eye lashes sitting next to it on the side of the hot tub. I’m assuming the staff had not been in for a while to have not seen them to pick them up. No towels left either. Rooms were okay but bedding still had a little stain on the corner. Could have been cleaner.

We had to switch rooms due to the overpowering fragrance in the original room. The parking lot was a skating rink even though there were bags of salt in the maintenance area. The hot tub was not working and wasn’t fixed the next day as promised. There was human hair on the head of our bed. The maid knocked on our door at 10:58 on the day we were leaving. We left at 11:00. I know the hotel was reasonably priced, but seriously…

Not a nice stay, save your money

Not sure how this place has a 8.8 stars for reviews.. I should have known we were in for a ride when the man at the front desk tried to tell me that he was supposed to charge me for the "extra" person we had with us, even though I put 5 people on the itinerary when I booked the room. The room sleeps 6 but apparently they charge extra for any more than 4 people staying... which is NOT stated online when reserving the room. We wouldnt mind that it is outdated, but it isnt even clean. The floor in the bathroom was dirty, the water coming out of the faucet in the tub was brown when we turned it on. Kids wanted to take a bath... NOPE. Ick. Half of the ammenities didnt work (ice machine was broken, hot tub broken, vending machine was out of most drink options & clearly we werent drinking the tap water) The pool was freezing & when I stood up from sitting in the sauna; my towel I had wrapped around me was brown from where I sat. Breakfast pastries were stale. I could go on & on... when Hotels.com called to get a refund, the owner told them he gave me a discount for the issues... discount being not making me pay extra for person #5. We left & went to Fairfield Inn... do yourself a favor & pick ANY other hotel in the area & steer clear of this dump

Everything was clean, quiet, nice hot water. sauna was great, pool too cool for me,but looked clean and some people went in. The hot tub was broken,due to vandalism. The owner was very nice. Breakfast excellent, great coffee

Property attracts visitors thanks to large indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, spa. In reality indoor pool circulates water as is making it suitable for 60min ice plunge rather than recreational swimming, hot tub is out of service, fitness center has most cardio machines in non working condition with some of them used to elevate indoor plants, Spa runs on on-demand bases so if you don’t pre-schedule in advance you’re on your own, Place is somewhat clean but very dated, room was very warm

I payed for the executive suite and during my stay I recieved the wrong size sheets that I had to ask for and when I asked for sheets I was not asked what room so I assumed he had the knowledge of what room i was in as I had told him earlier and he went right away to grab them which I appreciate but without knowledge of which room I should have been asked Ice machines are broken Pool times are wrong Hot tub was down Soap scum on temperature handle and soap caked onto the temperature handle Shower door obnoxiously loud upon arrival Chunks of grout surrounding bath tub No tissues No paper towels Tv stand in the bathroom with no tv Exposed pipes for the heater not securely covered and I had my two year old with me Continental breakfast only had apples with no eggs or meat granola bars and a few pastries with waffles

I have stayed at this hotel every year for the past 6 years. We used to love it Especially for the hot tub. This year it was broken, I know things happen but it was valentine weekend so they should have fixed it. The past 2 years the ice machine has been broken and they want you to go all the way to the lobby to get a small bag of ice, it’s cold out so you think we want to walk outside to the lobby to get ice!?!? Fix the freakin machine.

Disappointing stay

We had an unacceptable stay at your property from January 19th to January 20th 2025. We booked your property to celebrate a birthday at a place where there would be a pool and restaurant. The restaurant was closed. The pool closed two hours earlier than listed. The pool water was freezing and un-swimmable, and the jets in the hot tub did not work. There was zero communication and response with the front desk even directly asked questions. The phone in our room didn't work. We did not know there was a free breakfast and were given none of the basic information like the staff usually would do. We did not have enough towels for the number of guests. The room was absolutely frigid when we arrived, and the heat did not work properly - turning off at intervals during night and not regulating at all. The parking lot was not plowed, sanded, or salted, and both my daughter and I fell. The water out of the tub was brown. Well before checkout, staff tried to get into our room without knocking while my daughter was changing and I was in shower. The list goes on and on, but to culminate it all, there was a bug next to my daughter's face when she woke up. I have attached picture. We talked to the front desk, and they did not give us any information to complain directly and said we should include in review. We would expect some kind of compensation for this disastrous stay that ruined the vibe of a small trip that was supposed to be a celebration.

The property has been around for a while and the furnishings aren't updated necessarily and look dated. However, everything was neat and clean, no frays and was quality. We only stayed one night but had a very relaxing time in the hot tub, pool, and sauna area. We wish we could have gotten a massage but this was last minute. The bed was clean and comfortable and my husband enjoyed his small breakfast. The price was very reasonable! Definitely would stay again!

The first night we found someone's milk and water in the fridge dated back to Dec 5th. The second night we moved, the room was much better but the fridge was making this ticking noice it was a little annoying.
