Nice Motel!

Nice motel and reasonably priced. Clean, quiet, good A/C. Plenty of towels, comfortable bed, in room coffee, fridge and microwave. When there was a problem with the TV, the front desk staff came over to fix it right away. Also, I checked out at 615 am and no one was at the front desk at checkout and the door was locked. Kinda different but I just left the keys in the room and called and left a message with whomever answered the office number.

The area in front of our room was a playground area, not a parking lot. So we were lost looking for our room at 11pm. Our hotel did not have an open lobby, you actually had to check in at an adjoining hotel. No breakfast. It was small and a little dirty. There wasn’t a luggage rack or dresser to put our luggage on. The bathroom counter didn’t abutt the wall, so our toothbrush fell to the floor in this area. Gross!

This is a scam. The number provided for the property was incorrect. The number for the property on its website was also incorrect. I contacted who I thought was the front desk and they said that there was no such place. They said I did not have a reservation. We ended up driving an additional six hours that night to find lodging. This was supposed to be a halfway point in our journey. I am contacting my financial institution and the Better Business Bureau

Area around the motel was dirty and run down. Having to go to another establishment to check in was odd. Sheets on the bed were not the correct size and you can feel the springs in the beds.

Check in was quick and easy. They handed us coupons for dining a 2 gift certificates to the local arcade. Our room was clean, bathroom was clean and overall it felt safe and was quiet.

Check in was very confusing. We had to go to another location to check in. Parking was non existent and the location was dirty and trashy. Once in our room, it smelled awful. The bed was hard as a rock. When we arrived there was a group outside playing music loudly and being loud themselves. By 11pm this was still happening.

I do not recommend this property to anyone. Check in was a 45 minute process. I booked a king bed room tried to put me in a queen. Moved us to a property 2 hotels over. The pool was green. The bare minimum of attention is put to maintaining the property. It is rundown and unsafe. The condition of the pools should be reported to the county health department.
