Could Have Been Better
We were arriving late and were driving in from a place with no internet service, so we wanted to call to confirm our reservation. No one answered the phone at the hotel, so we called the IHG main number. They said they couldn’t see our reservation and wanted to charge us for a second room “to be sure” at a cost of $65 more per night. We didn’t want to do that. Thankfully, finally the hotel answered the phone and confirmed our reservation.
The hotel was clean and comfortable until about 7:30 am when the vacuuming, custodians door knocking room by room, and room cleaning began. Since we had a late arrival and check out isn’t until noon, we had hoped to sleep in longer.
