I didn't end up staying at this property. The manager was EXTREMELY rude to me via their text messaging service. When I booked the hotel, I booked it with the "Pay At Property" option. The manager took it upon himself to try and charge my card before I was at the property. Because the card on file didn't work (I was planning on using a different card than the one I booked with) he canceled my booking. When I called the property, the front desk associate said he would hold the previous booking for me since we were on our way to that hotel. The manager then canceled my booking again, and proceeded to accuse me of trying to somehow stay at this Motel 6 for free. When I explained that I was planning on using a different card, the manager still continued to accuse me of stealing. The manager was inappropriate via text message, and very rude. I chose not to stay at this property, and we booked another location instead. Absolutely unacceptable customer service.
