Front desk staff was not friendly. Ac in room didn't work. It was musty inside room. Parking was limited. Overall just a run down property.

The room was excellent. The water pressure and hot water were amazing! The breakfast was good but didn’t change from day to day (we were there for three days and one day was sausage links the other two were sausage patties that was the only change). The pool area needed attention old and tiles very dirty with lots of buildup.

Close to restaurants and freeway. Spacious bedroom stand alone unit with patio seating. Tight bathroom. Air conditioner loud. You gotta paid for breakfast.

Overall, this hotel was a good value for the price we paid. We had a room with a king bed and the room was large and comfortable with adequate amenities. The only issues we had with the room was it had a bad smell when we first walked in that kind of smelled like sewer gas but it quickly dissipated and the bathroom did not have a working exhaust fan. The indoor pool and hot tub area was in desperate need of a deep cleaning. There was garbage on the pool deck that was not touched during our entire 4-night stay and you could tell nothing was wiped down in a long time. The pool water was really cold but the hot tub water was perfectly hot and the jets were pretty powerful. The hot breakfast was really good and there were a good amount of choices. The coffee was surprisingly delicious! If they step up their cleaning game, especially in the pool area, we would definitely consider staying there again.

We were given a room that was used and not cleaned. Got transferred to a new room, which was not what we wanted (1 king instead of 2 queens) and the bathroom was not clean.

This used to be my favorite hotel in Livermore. I have stayed here many times for work. This was my final visit as the quality has seriously degraded over time. It is clear that the owner is not investing in keeping this place going. It started minor with the front desk running out of key card slips so I got a post it with my room number on it. How do you run out? Then it was clear my toilet hadn’t been cleaned and the last guest had a bad day. Then the elevator had a strong marijuana odor. Kids played loud rap music in the halls at night. The air conditioner sound like it was on the verge of breaking. The eggs at breakfast were so disgusting I couldn’t swallow them and spit them in the trash. I will be finding a more professional hotel. This place has degraded to budget motel status.

We stayed with a small dog, so the upgraded rooms didnt apply to us.
Regardless, room was small but had fridge and microwave and was comfortable.
Breakfast had many options and was always getting replenished.
Only hiccup was on our 2nd day- Many guests got locked out with their key cards(us included) and had to have their cards rekeyed.
Staff was very hospitable.
Many eateries nearby.

The water in the spa was cold, there were kids there playing and unattended, the parents were there but not taking care of their children (3) they were turning on and off the spa repeatedly. I thought kids were not allowed to the spa pool. Additionally in room 218 there was a dog that kept barking non stop. Even thought I respolect animals and their owners if a dog is uncontrollable other guests should not be victims of these annoyance. I called the reception to complained about the dog but the receptionist (who was really kind) said she couldn't do anything, i suggested to call animal control or the police. Sad that other abuse the hotel when is pet friendly.
