The front desk staff, Eric and Leroy were both friendly and helpful. We had driven for 18 hours and we were tired! We appreciated their welcoming faces!
Breakfast was good - we loved having choices of oatmeal and yogurt and waffles, along with bacon and breakfast sandwiches.
The only things we would offer for improvement were the comfort of the pillows - they are the kind of pillows that as soon as you put your head on them, they flatten into almost cardboard - flat and very little cushion to them. We have stayed at other Home2âs and have not had the same concerns, so wanted to share that feedback.
We had never stayed at Homes 2 Suites. We travel quite frequently for extended stays and used other hotels. Loved the rooms, the cleanliness and professional staff which makes me want to come back. I was disappointed we were only staying 1 night.
We booked this hotel after we already had another one booked and when we checked into the other hotel, it was terrible. When we got to this hotel, it was so welcoming beautiful area. The rooms were clean and the staff was very nice.
Anybody traveling with a pet should stay at Home2 Suites. We need to support hotels that really are âpet friendlyâ. Not just âpet tolerant â like most chains. Very welcoming, quiet rooms, quiet area, beautiful walking area. Very nice. Will definitely stay again.
This is a newer hotel with all of the amenities needed for traveling. Was very disappointed in the breakfast the next morning, and I would not consider a breakfast. But there are plenty of restaurants in the area that took care of those needs.
Stay was fair. Had trouble with my room key 3 times in a 15 min span.
The comforter was a bit stinky on our bed and the toilet sits way too low.
On the plus side breakfast was good.
