Amenities are nice, cleanliness was great. For the most part, our stay was great. However, the first night the exterior light above the deck was on and shinning into our room all night. The mattress on the bed was too soft/spongy. We actually pulled out the bed from the sofa and slept on it the 2nd night as it was more comfortable....All else was pretty great.

We arrived slightly later than we wanted and I am rather bad at checking and replying to emails. The team had emailed me several times keeping me up to date on the check in and even though I never replied, they arranged for a late check in and explained the process, which was easy and worked very well. The room was more than we imagined and the hot tub was perfection. There is a handful of restaurants nearby, and we had a fantastic time. Highly recommend

We had a summer stay so it was not crowded. We made daily use of the hot tubs which were really nice and beautifully landscaped…but intimate which was perfect for us at the time but would probably not accommodate more than a dozen people at busier times. The shopping/dining area and gondola to the lower village was an easy walk. The suite was comfortable but cosmetically outdated. Could use a refresh. The staff was helpful and polite. The bike trails were easy to access. Overall a very nice trip.

The stay was perfection except for there is no a/c in the summer and there is a lot of cracking noises coming when people walk above . At night time unless you open the windows or balcony door it gets very hot and the ceiling fan does not help . Otherwise condo is great , location is perfect and this specific unit overlooks some beautiful trees very peaceful at night and early in the am.
