Friendly staff. Easy check in process. Unfortunately they ran out of regular coffee in both our rooms after the 1st day of a 4 day stay. Hot water issues in the whole hotel for several hours with no notifications. Towels definitely were very poor quality. Bed was decent. Location is great.

Love the Cove! A few minor issues with our room…minimal hot water for showers, but over all a great stay! On site restaurant very convenient and priced reasonably. Spacious pool and very clean! Great location to downtown shopping and restaurants.

'Resort' is a bit of a stretch- our patio furniture is made of PVC pipe and smelled strongly of cigarettes. Other resorts I've visited provided robes as well, which would have been nice. I appreciate that they are trying to keep the pool exclusive to guests, but asking us to wear paper wristbands in the water and sunbathing felt uncomfortable and inconvenient.

Our stay was great and all staff was friendly The only problem we had was our tv in the living room wasn’t working, but the maintenance man got it working the next day. Also it would be nice if the shampoo, body wash and the conditioner bottles would be filled up. All were totally empty

Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Its a studio suite with a whirlpool tub, My husband and I slept like a baby. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. They're all in good condition. I like the gym most because its well equipped and they've newer machines with generous towels and Culligan water. The bathroom sink could be updated as well. The kitchen is a great asset. The room has no smell and I like the non carpet floors. there is an attached restaurant with reasonably priced delicious food. Location is perfect. Staff are very nice.

We all had a lovely time. We were very pleased with this unit.It’s a little bigger than what we rented last year. Overall lovely!! 2 points: No grab bars in either shower The Keurig is out of date. It doesn’t have a tank and took us 2 days to figure it out and a couple of us have keurig at home. Your place accommodates 4 people. It would be nice to have mugs available and a Keurig that could brew 4 in a row . We really had no complaints, just a couple suggestions.
