After street parking and finding my way to the lobby, I waited for several minutes. No problem, it was a late arrival and I assumed the auditor had stepped away. After 10 minutes, I called the hotel and was surprised when it was answered by The Hampton Inn. They explained that only one night auditor worked handling both locations. To check in, I had to make my way back to the first floor, walk thru the casino, and to the other hotel...only to walk back thru the casino and upstairs to my room.
No issue with having 1 person at night, makes solid business sense. What doesnt make sense is to not put at least 1 sign anywhere for guests. A simple piece of paper with a handwritten note on the elevator could have saved me 25 min.
