I had talked to a person on a laptop to sign in which I think is very impression. There is a person that is in the hotel area sheets, head bad things and disgusting these hoes in the door looks like it needs to get fixed up.the pool was in good shape though

Not a bad visit
Overall, the visit was good on July 26-27. The check in and check out at the Kiosk was ok, but at times it seemed a hard to hear the staff. Both Jeremy and Mia were awesome, they were both polite and didn't mind repeating themselves. The rooms were clean and quiet. Parking was a little tight for big vehicles.

NEVER AGAIN!
I went to check in to be told they canceled one of my rooms. We finally got into a room and it was FILTHY!!!! The shower had no soap to wash your hands let alone shower with, 1 towel for a room of 4 adults!! The shower head had water running down the inside of the wall. The jacuzzi tub was BLACK around the jets. Looked like had not been cleaned in YEARS!! Turned the jets on and there was BLACK CHUNKS OF MOLD CAME OUT!!!! I attempted to go to sleep only to be woken up multiple thinking I had something crawling on me, just to wake up in the morning with bites on my legs! I will NEVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE STAY HERE! It was the WORST stay I have ever had!!

My friend and I had a good stay...The pool was salt water. We didn't get a Continental breakfast and the coffee they did offer was barely warm...But we would stay again.

Good
The room we stayed in was great. They were all very friendly and helpful. You could tell they have done remodeling. Its not like alot of the complaining.

Check in is done through a video chat with someone who is not on property. Did not see anyone working when we arrived. The lobby area had a strong unpleasant odor. There is no elevator. Our room was 86 degrees upon arrival and smelt like the lobby but worse since it was hot and more contained. Opened the fridge to see black mold along the seal and noticed the fridge was not plugged in so it smelt badly. We did immediately request to cancel our reservation. We did have to contact Expedia through Chat and they were unable to speak with anyone about a refund so it has been escalated to their offline team so we are currently waiting for a response.

This hotel has roaches
We needed a place to stay due to our AC went out at home so out of desperation during these 95+ degree days we had to get a hotel room… we had very little money and got what we could afford… we get there go in and wasn’t in the room for 5 mins and seen a roach… asked for an immediate refund to find something else b/c like I said we didn’t have a lot of money and didn’t have it to get a different hotel… they told us we had to wait until morning to get a refund from the manager. we had no choose to stay.. they gave us a different room.. at this point it’s was about 1 am… the next morning my husband went down to ask for a refund they the person just avoid the question and told my husband they was aware of what was seen… they wouldn’t make it right

Absolutely would not stay here again or recommend. I normally dont leave a review but since it popped up and asked. For a non smoking hotel it was almost unbearable with all the smoke in the hallways. Ive been in smoking bars with less smoke. When we got to rooms they felt damp, and sheets where dirty and stained. We had to strip beds and take bedding to the front in order to get another set. Not enough towels and they asked for them to be returned (we had to take to desk instead of being brought to room)before you could get more. Staff over all seemed like they were being bothered when we needed anything. I remember back in day red roof being a decent and nice, guess those days are gone. But if the event that brought use there returns we will not be staying there again.

Too much staff onsite to not have a human being at the check in. I found it rude and off putting to have a manager (twice) stare at me while I was checking in, they are just sitting down at the chair in the lobby. I thought the room size was fine however, I could hear every single foot stuff outside my door. I could hear every laugh every bump of the house keeping cart. Getting ready in the morning staff were cleaning rooms before ten am. Very loudly. There was a gap under the door. You could hear everything going on outside. I got to the point I had to turn my music on just to drown out the staff who was walking up and down the hallways all morning before checkout. And yes it was staff walking up and down up and down. The virtual man who checked me in was fine, he was the best part of the experience and he wasn’t even there. not sure what back room he’s being kept in or if he was even close by. Human beings want human interaction for business transactions I will not be staying at this hotel again in future, and will be removing it from my list of places to stay. No more humanless check-ins. If you do have to stay here, ask for a room away from the front desk and preferably on the second floor. I’ve stayed close to the front desk before and never had that much noise.
