I did not stay there and redused the room. They checked me in when i called then and i never got a chance to inspect my room , when I did get to my room the carpet wasnrotten and mildewed, it smelled horrible so I refused the room, because they had checked me in at 5pm when I called, they refused the cancelation, even after I paid for the cancellation insurance. The hotel management lied to Hotels.com when I called to process my refund and told the the room was fine even though the carpet was rotten. Also The Hotel is no where near Greune, its a a misrepresentation.
