Poor choice for a stay in Lincoln
When we arrived, no one was at the front desk. There was a sign that directed us to pick up the phone for service. When we did, it just rang and rang with no answer. After waiting 20 minute, someone finally greeted us.
Later, we returned to the front desk to ask about breakfast, as no instructions were given to us at check in. The desk employee was on his personal phone when we approached to ask, and seemed inconvenienced by us. He did not end his personal conversation, and chose to instead be short and unhelpful with us.
Additionally, there were dirty socks on the floor in our room and the alarm clock was pulled off the nightstand and hidden under the bed. Also, none of the TV streaming apps worked.
This experience was poor and we will not return to this property again.
