Great location, but this is an old hotel that needs to be renovated. The bed felt like a board, the pool water looked murky, the luggage racks looked like they were the first ones ever made. The front desk staff was great 😊. It's not their fault that this hotel needs to be renovated.

Workers especially Nathan were super friendly. Parking can be a problem. Chairs on deck over the river were very comfortable. We walked into Gatlinburg and we are old. The hotel is also on Free Tram route. I would stay here again.

Super nice stay, room was clean and spacious.we loved the balcony in the silent area of the city listening to the flowing water. Parking in the basement was nice. Breakfast was okay, missed some chease and bagels...Complementary coffee in the commen arreas would be nice. Thank you for a nice stay.
