My family's terrible stay at "Quality" Inn
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, there were several issues that made my experience uncomfortable and left me feeling disappointed. Upon entering the room, I noticed that the comforters had both live and dead bugs on them, as well as visible stains. When I asked for cleaner sheets, I was told that all the sheets had stains, which I found unacceptable. The state of the bedding made it very uncomfortable to sleep, and I was shocked that this wasn't addressed prior to our arrival. When we first arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by a large number of bugs at the entrance. Some of them even flew into our car and onto our luggage. I didn’t realize the extent of the issue until I opened my bag and found a huge bug on top of it. This was a very unpleasant experience, and I’ve never encountered such a large number of bugs at a hotel before. Another issue I encountered was with the electrical outlets in the room. They were very worn down, and our electronics were able to charge properly. This was inconvenient, as functional outlets are essential for guests to be able to charge their devices during their stay.
