This Hotel Did Not Work For Us
Spending over $1200 for 7 nights I expected daily housekeeping! I asked for it. We were lucky to get every other day despite putting the "Make Up Room" sign on the door!! I'm sorry but this "new hotel standard" is crap and just a way to cut costs. The room was quite tired. The fridge froze everything put in it despite turning the guage down to it's lowest setting - I mentioned this at the front desk and was told that they knew there were issues with some fridges. The air conditioning was loud and the mattress really needed to be changed.
I wanted to do some work in their business center but ALL 3 pc's did not work, which was confirmed by the front desk. The ice machine at the end of our hallway did not work. One of two dryers in the laundry room did not work. They couldn't even give me a statement at check-out which showed a total for our stay- still need to double check this.
Although no fault of the hotel, it's near impossible to turn left off the main road it is on (which is where the city center, shops and restaurants are located) due to extreme traffic coming from both directions.
Sorry, but this hotel simply did not work for us!
...the lady responsible for breakfast was super!
