1 night stay
The bed was good, the room was clean, bathroom was clean, my issue with my stay was it was missing the little things ive gotten used to at other places,
No ice bucket.
No TV guide for channels or a guide on the TV either, It was annoying having to click through all the channels to find something to watch.
No coffee in the room.
No cups in the room.
I was told the next day i could have gotten a ice bucket at the front desk. They said people steal them as a reason for not putting them in the rooms. I thought that was a very petty reason for not having one in the room. I mean why inconvenience everyone for the actions of a few. I would think most people would not want to steal a stupid ice bucket.
The breakfast the next morning was good, about the same as most places.
If it hadn't been for the small things that were missing, it would have been great, but the little things are important and they add up to making a stay a better experience
