First, I asked for a resolution yesterday, and you never responded until I reached out.
Second, that's not cool. I would never leave a property like that. This is very bad when my family can't sit there without having both doors open to air it out the entire time!Complaint will be filed on Expedia requesting my full refund. I have pictures of mold in the drain of the hallway bathroom along with the dirty light switch as well as the masterļ bedroom ceiling fan is falling down when my husband turns on the light. I also made a video.
This is about doing the right thing for patrons of YOUR facilities.
No resolution to any of my issues.
