Overall, everything was great. The bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and it was relaxing. There were just a few things we didn’t like. Some surfaces were a little sticky, and there was a weird smell in the room.

I booked the room for 2 nights but only stayed one night due to the condition of the room. Upon check in I opened the refrigerator door and there was a thick and foul smell. I opened the freezer door and it was obvious that the unit was not running for quite some time. Then, I went to the front desk to alert Staff and her immediate response was "we don't have any other rooms." I was furious. She alerted Maintenance and upon his arrival he notified me that he had a brand-new unit to swap. While he did that, I had to run to Walmart to get ice for my cooler so I could pack my food and drinks overnight. \ The kitchen was disgusting. Food in the burners, obvious food back splash, no dishes, utensils, cups. The floor had major sticky spots all over, even the bathroom There was trash left under the Air Unit by the window. When I went to check out early I shared the above with the staff and she told me that there should have been a sign in the kitchen stating that there were dishes available to check out. There was no sign. The vending machines were completely empty. All of them. I had a terrible time and truly believe I should be refunded.

Our toilet broke in the middle of the night and flooded the bathroom, the air conditioner made loud noises through the night and our bathroom light was blinking. They are pet friendly, so that is a plus and front desk staff was helpful.

The place has gone down hill since the last time I stayed there 5/6 years ago. The kitchen had nothing but an ice tray in the freezer. It has a kitchenette but no silverware or cups or pots and pans! Nothing! There’s no ice machine in the building period! There was a sock and hair in the nightstand! A pile of change in the desk drawer! The bathroom had a half a roll of toilet paper! Drawers in the bathroom and kitchen hanging and coming off the hinges! I’ll probably never stay there again!

Lacked many amenities that are typically at hand in basic hotel that would have made our 3-day stay more comfortable, for instance hair dryer, hair conditioner & lotion, plates, cups & utensils for kitchenette, full length mirror. There were rust stains around bathroom fixtures. Grab & Go breakfast consisted of individually wrapped muffins & cookie-type granola bars.

I gave the hotel an average rating because it had a smell in the hallway and the breakfast was a joke. Room was clean and did have a kitchen but no ice trays in the fridge, no ice bucket for room, and no ice machine handy.
