Internet was fine, The floors in the rooms were stained, there were cockroaches in the bathroom. Card keys for the rooms didn't work. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom no towels or soap no ice buckets no coffee or cups, supposed to have continental breakfast and there wasn't. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was construction going on for the motel. I would not recommend anyone staying there it was below standard for a quality inn motel hope it gets better. I won't be staying there again anytime soon.

No Quality Inn

They ended up giving us a refund because they had to send us to 4 rooms, the first room a lady that didnt even look like she worked there said the room wasnt ready she hadnt cleaned it yet, the second room the door handle was falling off and the door wouldnt open, the third room had broken furniture, ac didnt work, no tv, stain on the sheet you could tell the sheets hadnt been washed, dirty bathtub, the last room was considered a suite it also had dbroken furniture we couldnt get towels to shower, and there was literally no blanket on the bed just sheets and when i woke up in the middle of the night to use the restroom i found roaches. We went to Springfield because my mom was in the hospital and not doing well at all so we were looking for a hotel not for vacationbut because of an emergency. It was so bad that we went to Ziggies for breakfast A) because of the bugs and B) because their idea of continental breakfast was a bread a toaster and a stick of butter opened and on the counter. The puctires below are from the rhird room where there were stains on one bed and a nasty bathtub.

It was literally the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been in. Stains on bed cover, sheets, pillows, pillow cases, towels, and floor. Asked for new linen and was given move stained items. No tissues, no trash cans, half a roll of TP. Spend the extra $5-$10 and stay somewhere else.

This place should be shut down. Horrible. Dirty, smells, worse place I ve stayed ever. Breakfast was old, chairs in table, opened strawberry used cream cheese without lid, no coffee, look at pictures. Terrible. I would really like my money back. One towel for 2 people. A joke.

UNPROFFESSIOBAL AND RUDE

Staff was rude. Anytkme we left we was rudely asked if we had a room there. The room number, whos name the room was in. Didnt look like they worked there. They lived there and said they was getting rid of the RIF RAF. Wouldnt give them rnumber or name because we not putting ourselves at risk. A hour later the desk clerk came running at us asking same questions was rude and wouldnt lwy me go to my room. It said breakfast went to lobby. Desk clerk screaming at the employess in front of guests for deveral minutes and then firing the staff in front of guests. They had a box of cereal out warm milk not enough for cereal. WE ASKED WHERE BOWLS CUPS,Sugar creamer was AND SAID WE DONR HAVE ANY CUPS BOWLS CREAMER SUGAR. ASKED FOR COFFEE FOR THE MAKER IN ROOM SAIID WE DONT HAVE ANY AND THEY DONT WORK. THEY WAS VERY UNPROFFESSIONAL NO NAME TAGS OR ANYTHING SHOWING THWY WORKED THERE. WOULDNT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. ALL UOUNG ADULTS TEENAGERS RUNNING AROUND ASKIBG FOR ROOM NUMBERS AND INFI THAT WORRIED US WE MIGHT BE ROBBED. MADE MY ANZIETY TO CAUSE ME TO HO TO EMERGENCY ROOM.

Only good thing

Hotel very run down, no amenities, towels and sheets are stained, people fighting in hallway, will never go back, only good thing was the desk clerk, i felt terrible for her, she was doing best she could with the crap she had to work with, shame on owners!!!

worst experience

The hotel didn't have Wifi and breakfast. We had to find another hotel at 9pm.

Staff claimed "under new management" so no internet, aircon, breakfast, etc., then let me look at my room before being charged. After getting past the dark stairs and busted in doors, the assigned room was dirty, smelly, unkempt, and not realistic for a business stay. Staff allowed me to cancel my reservation, since it was nonrefundable, which I appreciated, but the hotel itself was still kinda gross.

Bad place take out of your platform

I didn't stay i just run for the place they had a Don't refund policies that mean Don't book with them or you loosing your money, was around 8:30 p.m rooms was dirty shower is disgusting no towels and the excuse was she didn't have the laundry key when she founded they going to call me

The Dirtiest an unsafe place, I’ve ever been to

I asked for a refund. It was the absolute worst place I have ever seen. We did not stay they said I had to get my refund from hotels.com. I’m in the process of trying to do that not only was the place filthy smelly. It was unsafe there was people in the bushes back where our room was acting weird they sent us to a room that was not clean. Just an overall unsafe on cleanly place for me and my sister and my mother.

Would not recommend

Tv did not, work room phone to call front desk did not work, no drinking cup or glass, no ice machine, coffee pot in room no cup coffee,tea sugar or cream, breakfast consists apples, waffle, 1 cold cereal, coffie or water, nothing a diabetic can eat.the cleanliness was ok very poorly maintained it was ran down tiles broken, faucets missing trim just felt cheated for the money.

Shouldnt be aloud to book

Booked this room for my grandpa and mom and when we got there the place was a mess the front desk clerk when and checked the room and then we went in the room and it was horrible stains sheets and pillowcase and huge gaps in the plumbing on the wall in the bathroom paint was horrible too cracks on the walls. Went i and talked to them but with not being able to afford a different place and or getting a refund they offered to check other rooms before making a change i walked in 6 different rooms they said they were under new management and just reopened last week the other 6 rooms were horrible too finally found one that was ok and they let us have it other guest left and got refunds and the task force police was there each morning i wish i hadnt let him stay there

Stay clear

I did not stay. The room was nothing like what was pictured on the app. Room card did not unlock the door, check in clerk opened it with the master and said he would return to correct the issue. Waited for a good while and he never returned. So I rented another room elsewhere. While waiting for him to return to fix door lock, there was a loud disturbance outside, argument or verbal altercation. This was between 00:30 and 01:40. We were very tired but could not stay at this place.
Looks like this room had been broken into before, I felt unsafe.
Inside pic of door, again not safe to stay here.
Bathtub did not look clean.
Barely had two towels.

I was completely disappointed with this hotel. Upon arrival it smelled the floors were sopping wet. They gave me a room on the first floor with a cracked window. The bed was stained. The carpet was dirty. It was disgusting. I refuse to stay. I actually checked out not 10 minutes after checking in.
