Went to check in and the power was out. (The power did not come back on for 2 days.) I asked the Registration Clerk if she could cancel the stay, she said she couldn't do that, but I could through the app. I tried to cancel through the app, but the app would not allow me to cancel, (when I tapped the cancel button it would not work), so I was able to message the property, but I never received a response. I am contacting the credit card company to stop payment, It would have been nice if the app had worked as represented.
