Great service and location

Very convenient location - close to BTS, walking distance to restaurants, shopping and business meetings in downtown. It was my birthday during this trip and I was pleasantly surprised by their warm gesture wishing me a happy birthday!

Really enjoyed this hotel. Great location near the BTS station and malls. Staff was very motivated and professional. And the rooms and public areas were so clean and well maintained. All super modern. Can only recommend this place and will come again. Also nice vegetarian food at breakfast.

This is the third time I stayed in this hotel. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Perfect location with <5 mins walk to 711, massage, Muay Thai gym, skytrain, malls, parks, and street foods; which are all the things you come to Bangkok for right? =) Cannot recommend more. I did notice some slowness on the elevator this time. There were 4-5 times in my 4 nights stay where I needed to stop 6-8times to get from my room on 28th to the lobby or back to 28th. Not complaining, but want to give feedback to this wonderful hotel to improve. And I do plan to stay again in my next Bangkok trip!

Great hotel for sleeping few days but only small thing we come across like room door make an alarm when going out but just need to close again and coffee machine go in to a testing mode for quality so need to make a new coffee.

However the hotel was strangely inflexible on pricing and I found no alternative but to move out after staying for about 10 nights. i wanted to extend and had 3 colleagues paying a reasonable rate which the hotel wouldn't match. I’ve stayed at the Ibis connected to this hotel many times & enjoyed it. I wanted to try the Mercure side and loved it as much. I’ve only stayed at the Mercure in Paris and this location has the same great staff, feel and experience. I highly recommend.

Convenient location, convenience store and bank on the first floor, currency exchange and Starbucks Coffee right in front. Comfortable and clean room, pool and gym with great view, food at pool bar was not so good, but other than that I am satisfied. I will stay at this hotel again when I stay in Bangkok!
