Upon check in we were told we had an excellent room with sliding doors to the court yard and pool entrance, yay! We were excited. Walked into our room, eh it was ok. Carpet was ripped up near the bathroom/ door. Sliding doors you couldn't even see through. It was so water or sun damaged that it was cloudy and you couldn't see through the glass, also difficult to open and close. Pillows were tiny, towels barely wrapped around my average size body. Slept decent in the bed though. On the day we were going to leave, our daughter wanted to swim in the pool. We got there right when they opened. The pool had TONS! Of flying ant things in it. They didn't even attempt to clean it prior to opening. I had grabbed the net and cleaned the pool my self the best that i could. Property you can tell used to be nice neck in the day, but is now soooo outdated and old. Sent to check out the gym, one of the treadmills belt had a huge rip in it that could/ would trip someone. All equipment was outdated. Went to the water bottle refill station to fill my water bottle. The water filter light was on and it read maintenance needed. Would i stay here again, yes. But i think they should come down on price a little for how old it is
This is an older hotel and rooms and the outside needs a paint job. Our biggest complaints - no complimentary breakfast - most hotels these days at least have continental breakfast. Also, we were in Tri Cities for HS softball, and did not check in until after games and dinner, around 10:30pm.The first room we were given was not cleaned at all, beds not made, and a tip was still in the room. Had to go all the way back to the front desk to get a different room. We did not understand how this would happen that late in the day, when the housekeepers start knocking on doors around 8:30am.
Checked in with very rude front desk. Didn't tell me where my room was located, we walked all over the property to realize we were on the completely wrong end. Then opened our door to our room and itsmelled as if there was someone currently smoking in the room, it was AWFUL! No other rooms were available. We had to spray our bath and body works spray we fortunately had just purchased, un safely needed to keep our window open. It was the worst I have ever smelt in my 25 years of staying in a hotel.
Have stayed here before. Staff overall very friendly but hotel in dire need of refurbishing and maintenance

Last time I ever stay here. ONLY hotel in past 5+ years Iâve used my authorized Venmo Mastercard at & was told itâs not acceptedâĶ.. Called Red Lion Corporate & they apologized & thanked me for business. You may want to add to your policies that you DONT accept ALL Debit Mastercards.
Comfortable stay, but my room did not have a shower curtain for the first night. I had to request a shower curtain. There was a huge wine stain in the entry way. Overall a serviceable stay, but I wouldnât describe it as amazing.
It was a comfortable room, but they charge for breakfast which most hotels don't, they didn't have an elevator, and the lighting outside the hotel is poor at night. Plus I thought the website said the pool opened starting in May but that was not the case
