The facility is clean and maintained. The elevators appear to be service elevators, not a big deal but out of character with the rest of the hotel.
My MAIN complaint (and it will keep me from returning to this particular hotel) is the cost of the breakfast. A coffee, bagel and orange juice was $18! There is too much competition in this class of hotel where free breakfasts are the norm. So, for two of us, add $20 each (we tip) for just two nights. That is an additional $80, which, to me, feels like price gouging. There is little to NO business being done in this little breakfast area. If effectively is a waste of space and should be closed down. You asked for my opinion, now you have it.
