Check-in was 3. We were there 2:55. They had some trouble finding a room ready. At 2:59 I asked if there wZ a problem, and she said well check-on wasn't until 3.
We were disappointed to find out the pool had just been closed. That was primary reason for choosing this hotel. I know they couldn't have done anything about that.
When we pulled up workers were out by the front door on what appeared to be a smoke break. One employee went in as we did and left her cigarette pack on the counter beside her.
Got to our room a little after 3 and it wasn't reai. The lady cleaning was on another room and said she forgot to finish.
Within a few minutes of getting into our room, the TV was having some issues. We called for assistance and there was no answer at the front desk after calling several times. We got housekeeping to look at at and they called someone to assist.
Just general frustration of them not being ready, not prepared, etc. The hotel was nice and breakfast was good, just customer support brought some concerns.
