I checked in late from a long day of traveling. When I arrived in my room, the door to the adjoining room would not lock. I couldn't consciously allow myself to sleep in a room where I didn't feel safe. In addition, the desk light in the bedroom didn't have a light bulb. Because of the opened adjoining door....I had to repack my stuff and head back down to the front desk to get another room and try again. Also, I had to park far away from the entrance - the lot was well-lit, but there were no paved pathways within the walkable area. I had to lift my heavy suitcase to get it over a median.
I'd like to leave this message stating that the folks at the front desk, one being Ryan, were VERY NICE! It made these other two issues less frustrating!
