Stay was good, room was clean and very nice. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The construction worried me, but we did not have any issues with this during the trip. I would love to have a buffet breakfast included with the stay and was not a big fan of the "oak" smelling soaps. Other than this, it was a great place to stay.

It's all so new ...

First time back since they started the renovations (which are still going on). It's beautiful! Love the new decor and the bed was amazingly comfortable. There were a couple of "new" things in the room that needed attention and they took care of everything. The drinks at the bar are still amazing as is the bartender.

Unnecessary accident.

Visit disrupted because a pothole at the hotel entrance caused my sister to fall and badly sprain her ankle and left hand. This was completely preventable. I insisted the hotel place a cone on the hole to prevent future accidents. They did. The staff was great but management should quickly compensate my sister for damages.
