Draper was absolutely the kindest most accommodating host. The breakfast was delicious. My room temperature and bed were absolutely perfect. This hotel DID have a microwave and refrigerator, a lot of hotels are taking the lazy path of not having that. I had two dogs that are well behaved and it was a full hotel. Other guests were so kind and patient with space when we all walked them. The price of this hotel is so reasonable for what I received. I will definitely stay here again.

The staff was so happy and helpful. Our room was ok, the bathroom was just bad! Paint spattered on the tile floor and a very bad paint job around the shower. One of the queen beds had a very odd, oily spot on the white bed cover. Ugh.

First room there was black mold in the bathtub and the air conditioner did not work. Television did not work either. Requested another room. Black mold on the bathroom ceiling and the toilet was broke. Had to remove the tank lid and pull the chain in order to “flush” the toilet.

Bathroom was the worst. There was mold all over the ceiling and the faucet looked so dirty. There was also a wet spot in the carpet, unsure what it was. Beds were fine. Everything else was fine except for the room itself.

The LaQuinta, Williamsburg is perfectly located to be convenient to everything the area has to offer, especially Colonial Williamsburg. Though the physical plant has been in service for many years, it seems to be well maintained and has a fresh appearance. It offered an excellent value. All staff members were very courteous and eager to please. Our stay was everything we could ask for.

The price was good. The location is convenient The room was dirty. Actually found a dirty plastic spoon beside bed and partial painted toe nail on rug. Rooms are not serviced daily due to Covid 19. Bathroom needed scrubbed. This our 3rd or 4th stay here and have never seen it in such poor condition.
