They gave us someone’s room while they were at the beach , apparently took there belongings and passed them on to the people in the next room (thousands of dollars in clothes, shoes, perfumes and electronics) . The staff/housekeeping was to blame for sure as they live there and seem to have “friends” that live there also . They refused to bring us a microwave for our room that was supposed to have one already . Took them 12 hours to simply bring a remote after hounding them all day . Won’t be staying again .

I am sure you will b3e hearing from a lot of people. no spread on the beds, just sheets. No remote, No service on t.v. once they swapped the set for a different one, still no service, seating area was one very used roll type computer desk chair. The pool had been filled in with red dirt. and they charged me Extra for my 1 dog. the outside stairs to the upper floor were all chipped and broken. The parking lot was standing with water. I will never go back and I would think a refund for part of my bill. It said free pet. yet I was charged $25.00 because he is not a licensed Emotional Support animal.

NEVER AGAIN!!!! DON'T DO IT!!! JUST SAY NO!!!

1. They gave us the wrong accomodations and we had to wait 3 hours for them to clean a room with the correct accommodations. 2. When we came back to check in after those 3 hours and traveling for 5 hours,we then had to wait in the lobby over 30 min because the worker was not to be found. 2. When she came in she literally gave us a go to Hades look and said NOTHING. I explained the situation and she still said nothing. She slapped room keys down and that was it. She was rude to another customer as well. 3. Air conditioner leaked 4. Room STANK so bad I had to go buy air freshener 5. No blankets at all. Just a sheet 6. 1 towel and 2 washcloth 7. Went to try to get a blanket and another towel, worker again not there. Btw all of this was at 7pm 8. Whatever they had tried to clean with was so oily that we were sliding all over the floor. We were to exhausted to try to get a refund to go elsewhere and it would have taken days for the refund.

It was terrible!! Checked in and went to the room. Opened the door to the room. It smelled horrible. Toilet would not flush, vent hanging down in the restroom. It was so bad that we left and had to go pay for another room somewhere else. I would not recommend any one to stay here!!!

Pulled up to the hotel that had a flickering light, people loitering around the parking lot and stairwells, dingy exterior that did not match the pictures (ceiling above was falling down) and a general unsafe feeling overall. Started to check in then changed our minds about staying there without fearing for our lives. So we left and drove to a safe place. Contacted hotels.com and they refused to anything for me regarding my concerns except to issue a $25 coupon when I had to turn around and book another hotel. This one claims I actually stayed when I have proof I stayed elsewhere. Hotels.com is a joke. Very poor customer service and misleading pictures and information about some of their hotels. I wish I had taken pictures but was more concerned about my life at the time.

I was given room 114 when I checked in. Entering the room, I immediately felt the slippery floor under my shoes. The whole floor had some sort of slippery substance covering it. There was no blanket on the bed, only a flat sheet. There were two flat pillows for a king sized bed. I went to the front desk and was then assigned to room 122. This room had a blanket on the bed, however the sheets were dirty. Black marks were all over the fitted sheet. There were no towels in the bathroom and a bar of used soap in the shower. The cable for TV ran from the outside post, through the wall into the room, the slack draped from a mirror and finally attached to the TV. That was enough. I went to the front desk and asked for a refund. Hotels.com refunded my payment. I wouldn’t let a stray dog stay at this property. Simply disgusting.
