DO NOT STAY HERE

This was an awful experience. A number had worn off my credit card and the front desk had there card reader not working and i was told I couldn't stay there because they couldn't read the numbers and was also told even if there card reader was working they wouldn't let me stay there because they couldn't verify the numbers matched. This is a complete joke. The name matches my drivers license and it is not my fault they have faulty equipment. Soooo now i get no refund and just out the money for awful service

The check in staff, was pleasant and courteous.. my room was neat and clean, it had a unfortunate smoker smell to it, even though it was a nonsmoking room.. This may have been caused by other patrons smoking ect.. otherwise it was as it was a place to sleep for the night
