Checking in and out was easy, the reception staff was very helpful and friendly.
I was having issues with my thermostat, where it was resetting every couple of hours and the set temperature was 99° (in August). I reset it the first time, we went to bed, but woke up to the room being 15° warmer than it was when we went to sleep. The second night I called for maintenance, they sent security. He stated that they “choose not to pay anyone to be there overnight,” if he can’t fix the issue “the guests just need to deal with it,” and that (as he continued to express his displeasure) stated he was “not even supposed to talk about it” because they “threaten him” if they find out. He was rude, HIGHLY unprofessional, and made it to be a very uncomfortable situation.
If I hadn’t already booked a future stay here at a non refundable price, I would have absolutely canceled any upcoming stays and not return here due to this uncomfortable encounter.
