The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the amenities were great (the kids loved the bowling alley!) [Alas, since we visited off-season & mid-week, the indoor water park was closed. ] (We went off-resort for donut breakfast, but the on-location breakfast looked tasty but $$$)

Everything was great from check in to the room itself. The closeness of the restaurants from the rooms were great. My only complaint of the whole thing, water wasn't quite hot enough for a shower. You'd turn the knob all the way to the hot side, and it's lukewarm at best.

Property has a fun vibe; however our room came with a side of moldy ceilings and a possible baby cockroach. We were able to move rooms quickly, but they would not reimburse the room due to booking through a 3rd party. Other notes: ceilings are low in some areas, its a huge property, but the offer free golf cart shuttle rides. We came on a week night and it was still busy, but there are 3 outdoor and 1 indoor pool to choose from and spread out.

Overall the property was ok. Granted it was very busy during the 4th. The rooms could use some updating. The wi fi was so so. Could use some premium packages offering on the TV. The biggest thing is that if you are older, this is not an easy property to maneuver. It has lots of steep hills and lots of stairs to handle . The parking is also limited and in some areas hard to park.

We checked in at 2pm, knowing that 4pm was the official time to check in. They would text us when the room was ready. At 4:05 I called to see if the room was ready and it wasn’t. I complained and was told that 4pm was the earliest time. I asked if the latest was 10pm??? I got a text 5 min later that it was ready.
