Great For Layovers
So, I've now stayed at this and the Avagard capsules hotel that are also in the airport at BKK. And I have to say Boxtel is by far the better option. So, if you're looking at both, definitely go with Boxtel. The main problem I had with the capsule hotel was that it got extremely hot. The tiny fan couldn't keep up with the radiant heat from my body and it got so hot overnight that I couldn't sleep. The Boxtel room's fan was much more powerful and the larger space meant I had no issues with heat. I will say, that I don't think either option has true "AC" even though they list it. In reality I think they both just have fans that blow air from the terminal into the space. Again though, the capsule hotels fan was tiny and did almost nothing. Of course, not having a bathroom/shower as part of the setup is a downside, but there are restrooms nearby in the terminal. If you're just needing a place to crash between flights, these Boxtel rooms are a great option. Don't choose the Avagard capsules over this if Boxtel is available. Also, just in case anyone is looking for this info, this is located outside of the airport's secure area, so you do have to clear customs and immigration to use them.

When needing a place to just sleep and change clothes, this was a perfect choise for few hours. No showerroom available at the airport and bathroom was located a bit further, but just for sleeping, it was good choise

The workers were very nice and they made the check-in process quick and easy. It was the perfect place to rest without having to leave the airport. The only inconvenience was that the bathroom was a bit far away. However, it wasn’t a big issue for me.

Kinda hard to find but If you ask around…you’ll find it. It’s in a secluded part of the airport. So it’s very quiet and cozy. No bathroom so that’s the only downside. But would def stay here again if I had an overnight layover and wanted some sleep!!

The boxtel is great for solo travellers seek few hours of rest before or after flight. Highly recommend. Single bed is very comfortable. The downside is the washroom facility is on another floor, and no shower facilities nearby. Otherwise it is a great place to nap with great sound proof.

Stay at the Boxtel
The Boxtel in BKK was the perfect place to spend my layover after a long flight into the country. The room is at the bottom/back of the terminal, so it was rather quiet while I was there overnight, which was ideal. The rooms do have a air vent which i noticed let some passing noise in, but not enough to keep me from getting the rest I needed! The room was very clean and had sufficient space, outlets and wifi. Would recommend!
