We stayed in a prime room.
PROS: Well situated, minutes from the tube and restaurants.
Good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Nice sized bathroom.
CONS: Our biggest gripe by far was that the room, a Prime room, HAD NO SHELVES, DRAWERS, OR CUPBOARDS TO PUT OUR CLOTHES, ETC. We had to put our things on the desk, couch and chair. The room looked like a total disaster. We paid a lot of money and surley they can provide a place to store your clothes. This was unacceptable.
On another note, we tried calling the hotel a few days before we got there to make a request. All we got was an AI "receptionist " which was extremely frustrating. It eventually put us through to the hotel reception, but nobody answered. We tried on several occasions. Again, very frustrating. I won't go back to a Premier Inn hotel again. Also tried contacting them through the Hotels.com portal and by email. They did not have the courtesy to reply.
Don't include breakfast when booking. We did and paid 25 pounds each. When you pay at the restaurant, its a obout 15 pounds. We were ripped off. Also, the ala carte dinner at the restaurant was not good. Food was dry, cold and unappetizing.
