This was a wonderful stay, such a treat! If you want to be looked after, book in here, the staff are fantastic. Morgan was so friendly and helpful at The Terrace, cocktails and food was delicious. Lina Maria looked after all needs at breakfast, with her team. Need to save up for my next stay!

It’s a corporate hotel. We went for our very special babymoon and told the team and they couldn’t have cared less. It’s fine - good rooms. Nice staff. But literally no attention to detail or extra effort to make you feel welcome or to make the stay memorable. Good for work trips but would avoid for leisure.

The staff are absolutely FANTASTIC. The chair in my room 622 was damaged and I feel the gym equipment is out of date. The treadmills in the Ned were way better. Its a shame there is no pool. It doesn't feel like there is anywhere to hang out unless you are spending money on drinks. It's not clear where you go if you want to sit and read a book. The hotel is STUNNING and all staff are incredible.

Lovely grand looking hotel with a terrific cocktail bar! Rooms were clean and spacious. Very convenient for Bloomsbury and the British Museum.
