The room was extremely clean, nice decoration, cosy with a fantastic bathroom. Staff was friendly, helpful and not judgemental even after I locked myself out and I had to get another key, just so kind and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic so much choice, it was delicious. Fantastic stay and would definitely recommend and stay agin. This hotel had a really pleasant ambiance ( seatings and decorations). Parking is available at a cost but cheaper than parking in the surroundings area- would recommend using this facility also.

Even though we arrived early, we were made very welcome - even given a complimentary drink at the bar. Our room was very clean and tidy, with tea/coffee making facilities on hand. The shower was great and easy to use. Throughout our stay, all members of staff were had dealings with were extremely helpful, thank you. The breakfast restaurant was a little confusing - with dishes for fruit etc in a completely different place to cereals?? Maybe signage might help? The proximity of the hotel to the Underground Station - a five minute walk - made it very easy to get into and around London. We would have no hesitation in staying here again.

Lovely hotel and friendly staff. Good location near to a tube station and Brompton Cemetery. Easy to get to Kings Road for shopping. Apart from a couple little marks the rooms were amazing. The security I felt was great and staff really helpful and friendly. Only think was I wished every room had a mini fridge that could fit a small milk to make drinks easier in the rooms.
