The river was pretty. I liked the bar and that there was food available. The room was very nice and it was clean. The hotel was super quiet as well. I liked the covered parking. The only ding I would say was the smell the parking area had because of the all rain we’ve had I’m sure.

With Archer House gone, the Fairfield is probably the best bet in Northfield. Front desk staff is lovely and helpful, but our sheets had a big stain on it... that's a little off purring.

Parking lot was very small. Beds were not as nice as I expected for a Marriott which sucks. Also the toilet paper holder was very annoying. Other than that really clean place and friendly staff.

Terrible customer service. Refused to switch our rooms from king bed to two doubles because we booked through a 3rd party app. Wouldn’t extend to late check out (we had a sick son) also because we booked through a 3rd party app. As a Marriott loyalty member, I was thoroughly disappointed.

Front desk bar neither had quarters for laundry so had to hang dry clothes. Really you didn’t have $2.00 in quarters. Would not add my club number to stay said impossible to do after check in I work for Marriott I know better.
