I booked 6 nights at the Home2 Suites by Hilton Azusa from July 14 to July 20, 2024, for a family trip. Before booking, I read customer reviews and felt confident about the facility. However, upon arrival, we were disappointed. The hotel room and amenities did not meet our expectations. The sofa bed was awful; nobody slept on it. My daughter cried to see the sofa bed; the environment was so filthy. We promptly informed the front desk, checked out, and found alternative accommodation nearby. I have expressed dissatisfaction with Expedia and Hilton customer service but have not received a refund due to the non-refundable booking. So, be careful about this facility. They are just cheating with customers to offer lower prices over non-refundable bookings. I will avoid booking any Hilton facility for my future trips.
