Very bummed, to say the least!
Check-in was rocky, I had to provide all information again, even though I’d provided two pre authorization forms to both hotels.com and Carrollton Inn. AFTER checking in, we were informed that the pool heater wasn’t working, and that the pool had been down for “at least” three months. The pool was the entire reason we chose the hotel, so my child and I could have a fun weekend. I was beyond frustrated and then to top it all off, the air conditioning had a squeaky belt and was constantly chirping, waking up my child and myself multiple times throughout the night. There was no soundproofing even with the squeaky fan going, we could hear every door close. There wasn’t a balcony or a sliding door as advertised in the listing I paid for. There wasn’t an elevator or luggage carts. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement; with tax I wouldn’t have paid more than $70 for that very unfortunate experience!!
